Shiela Foster Gros, LE, LMT is a highly motivated and energetic licensed esthetician/skincare therapist and licensed massage therapist, intent upon providing only the highest quality of services to clients. Able to identify priorities and set goals, this has led to seeking out, and traveling to, the originators of each chosen modality in order to obtain the finest training possible.

Licensed Massage Therapist since 2001. In 2000, she received massage training at Phoenix School of Holistic Health, Houston, TX, studying Basic Massage Theory & Practice, A&P and Therapeutic Spa Therapies. Since 2001, Shiela has received advanced training with Source Vital College of Holistic Studies (Holistic Body Care, Spa Therapies, Certified Aromatherapist and Reflexology), TouchPro Institute (Chair Massage), LaStone® (The Original Hot and Cold Stone Massage), Pevonia Botanica (Advanced Body Treatments and Hot Stone Massage). Young Living (Raindrop® Technique), Gina Yokley, with The Mind, Body Medical Institute at Memorial Herman SW Hospital (Reiki I & II), MRC Spa and School (Advanced A&P), NeuroMuscular Therapy Center (Upper Extremities), South Louisiana Institute of Massage, LLC (Massage Theory & Practice and A&P), Living Body Series (Advanced A&P, Ethics for Bodyworkers) and Freedom From Pain Institute (Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques Level 1, Professional Ethics). In September 2003, Shiela received the Fort Bend/Southwest Houston Sun’s Reader’s Choice Awards for the Best Massage Therapist of Fort Bend County, TX.

In 2005, she received training at Beauty Basic’s Aveda™ Institute in Covington, LA, studying a variety of Facial Treatments, Facial Massage, Makeup Applications, Brow and Lash Tinting, and Full Body Waxing. Since 2006, Shiela has received advanced training with Aveda™ (Skinwise—Advanced Facial Treatments and Advanced Body Waxing Techniques), Source Vital College of Holistic Studies (Advanced Skin Care Treatments and Techniques, including Acne—Follicular and Systemic, Anti-Aging Treatments, Advanced Exfoliation—alternatives to glycols and microdermabrasion, Advanced Eye Treatments, Rosacea and Teens), Pevonia Botanica (Advanced Facial Treatments, Chemical Peels, and Microdermabrasion), and Image Skincare (Chemical Peels).
